Returns & Refunds
1) Please notify us within 14 days upon receipt if the item you receive is found defective. The item must be unopened and undamaged.
2) No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Return shipping cost must be paid by the buyer. Shipping and Insurance is not refundable.
3) We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at our own expenses as soon as the item is received by us. Items found not to be defective will be returned at buyer's expenses.
